AHP is a unit of the UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute (LPPI) and the Department of Psychiatry at San Francisco General Hospital. It is governed by the Regents of the University of California. AHP’s Executive Director, James W. Dilley, MD, receives counsel from a talented Community Advisory Board and a Management Team that is comprised of Deputy Director Joanna Rinaldi and the agency’s program managers.
